Samuel Prochazka

Samuel Prochazka is an experienced professional in operational excellence and maintenance management. Since May 2019, Samuel has served as the Director of Global Operational Excellence and LEAN Trainer at Ivoclar. Prior to this, Samuel held various positions at Cedes AG from February 2012 to April 2019, including Head of Service & Support and Head of Maintenance, focusing on service management and facility maintenance. Their earlier roles included electronic technician positions with the Schweizer Armee and PMOD/WRC, where Samuel developed foundational technical skills. Samuel's educational background includes a Master of Advanced Studies in Business Administration from The University of Applied Sciences HTW Chur and multiple qualifications in industrial engineering.
