Delano Johnson

Delano Johnson is a seasoned Technical Architect and Lead Developer currently at Ivory Skies, specializing in the design and implementation of key features for USAID's Salesforce-based Compass private sector engagement application. As the founder of Liova LLC, Delano focuses on producing high-value, low-cost components. Previously, Delano served as a Salesforce Technical Architect at Synaptic Advisors, where responsibilities included creating a custom UI/UX for pandemic tracking, and as a Salesforce Developer at Pinnacol Assurance, designing a meta-layer for internal auditing. With extensive experience in various companies, Delano has led significant projects, implemented robust CI processes, and optimized Salesforce functionalities to enhance productivity. Delano holds a Master's degree in Information Systems from the University of Colorado Denver, complemented by a Bachelor's in Psychology from the same institution.
