Dr. Hanna Schachel

Dr. Hanna Schachel serves as Managing Director and Division Manager at IVU Traffic Technologies, overseeing fleet management and ticketing for German-speaking bus customers since October 2019. Prior experience includes roles as Team Leader, Project Leader, and Strategic Controller at the Berlin Institute of Technology, where Dr. Schachel also completed a PhD on management control systems in uncertain environments. A contributor to multiple academic papers and working papers, Dr. Schachel has presented research at prestigious conferences such as the AAA Conference. Educational credentials include a PhD and Master's degree in Business Administration and Process Engineering from Technische Universität Berlin, along with a Bachelor's degree from the same institution and an educational stint at Universidad de Granada. Additional teaching roles and research positions have been held at institutions such as Turkish-German University and IESE Business School.
