Melissa McMillan

Melissa McMillan has a diverse work experience. Melissa began their career in 2008 as a Seamstress for The Silly Sisters. In 2010, they became a Costume Services Technician for the Jamestown Yorktown Foundation. In 2011, they took on multiple roles such as Administrative Assistant for Jamestown-Yorktown Foundation, Inc., Paralegal for Smith & Peters, Attorneys at Law, and Workroom Assistant for Details in Design. In 2012, they were an Administrative Assistant for Jamestown-Yorktown Foundation. In 2014, they became an Accessories Craftsperson for Colonial Williamsburg Foundation. In 2019, they were an Executive Administrative Assistant for Resort Hotel Association. In 2020, they became a Settlement Post Closer for Sage Title Group, LLC. Currently, they are a Human Resources Generalist for ivWatch, LLC.

Melissa McMillan attended Denbigh High School from 1989 to 1992. Melissa then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Music Therapy/Therapist at Shenandoah University from 1992 to 1997. In 2000, they attended Meredith College for a Legal Assistant/Paralegal program. In 2018, they obtained a Risk Management Certificate from the Virginia Risk Control Institute. Melissa also holds a Certificate in Hand Embroidery from the Royal School of Needlework and a Virginia Contracting Associate from the Virginia Institute of Procurement.
