Megan Jones

Megan Jones has extensive experience in human resources, starting with their current role as Human Resources Director at Ivy City Co. Megan previously worked as a Human Resources Manager at Jane.com, where they led HR strategy for employees in the U.S. and Canada. Megan also has experience as a Human Resources Generalist at both Jane.com and Metro Group Inc., where they managed various HR responsibilities such as onboarding, benefits, employee leave, and payroll. Prior to that, they held temporary positions as a Human Resources Generalist at Priority Dispatch and as a Human Resources Assistant at Owlet Baby Care. Megan began their HR career as an intern at LGCY Power, American Red Cross, and Boca Helping Hands, Inc. Megan also had a short-term role as a Self-Reliance Intern at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Megan Jones holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Brigham Young University. In 2019, they obtained the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM.
