Rachel Ricks

Rachel Ricks has a diverse work experience. Rachel currently serves as the VP of Performance Marketing at Ivy City Co. Since joining DIME Beauty Co in 2022 as the Director of Paid Media, they successfully introduced and scaled new paid media channels. During their time at Disruptive Advertising, Rachel held various roles including Director of Paid Social, Enterprise Account Lead, Team Lead of Paid Social and Enterprise Accounts, Paid Social Technical Lead, and Senior Marketing Consultant. Rachel also worked as a Social Strategist and Content Writer at Wallaroo Media. Prior to their marketing roles, Rachel worked at Brigham Young University in guest services and as a Senior Security Officer at the Missionary Training Center.

Rachel Ricks received their Bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University from 2011 to 2017. Prior to that, they attended Perry High School from 2007 to 2011 for their general schooling.
