Ashok Baggaraju

Ashok Baggaraju is an experienced engineering leader currently serving as the Head of Engineering for CRM at Ivy since June 2023. Prior to this role, Ashok held the position of Software Development Manager at Amazon from March 2021 to June 2023, and served as Senior Manager of Product Development at ADP from July 2017 to February 2021. Earlier career highlights include roles as Lead Consultant/Manager at BT and Senior Member of Technical Staff at Oracle. Ashok's professional journey began as a Senior Software Engineer at Packetware Inc. Educational credentials include a Master of Technology in Software Systems from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communications Engineering from SVCET, Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh.
