Constance Rapson

Constance Rapson has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Their most recent role was as the Chief Growth Officer at Ivy Fertility, where they played a crucial role in advancing reproductive technologies and research. Prior to that, they worked as an Advisor at Millie, Inc. In 2021, they founded their own company, CDR Ventures, LLC. From 2017 to 2021, Rapson served as the Chief Marketing Officer at Colorado Center for Reproductive Medicine, leading national sales, marketing, and industry partnerships. Before that, they worked as the Head of Strategy at TDA_Boulder, where they led brand strategy and contributed to significant acquisitions and business growth.
