Amber Finnegan

Amber Finnegan's work experience includes serving as the State Director of Correctional Education at Ivy Tech Community College since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Executive Director at Jefferson Co Court Services since August 2010, where they oversaw various departments and programs, managed budgets, grants, and data analysis, and provided training to staff. Amber also worked as a Probation Officer at Bartholomew Court Services from September 2000 to August 2010.

Amber Finnegan earned a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from IUPUI, studying from 1996 to 2001.
