Amber Young

Amber Young, SHRM-SCP, is currently serving as Vice Chancellor for Human Resources & Campus Engagement at Ivy Tech Community College. Prior to this role, Amber held the position of Executive Director of Human Resources at MutualBank. With a background in payroll and benefits, Amber has a strong understanding of legislative and regulatory components related to payroll activities. Amber's experience includes roles such as Payroll and Benefits Specialist at MutualBank and Assistant Manager at Incredible Yogurt. Amber also has experience in the banking industry from their time as a Proof/Corrections Specialist at First Merchants Corporation. Amber holds a Masters Degree in Management with a Human Resources specialization from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Bachelors Degree in General Studies from Ball State University.
