Christine Rischar

Christine Rischar has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Christine started their career in 2009 as the Director of Administration at Coram Deo Academy and served in that role until 2015. In 2015, they also began working as an IT Consultant at Ivy Tech Community College, where they provided expert guidance and support until 2017. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Business Analyst/Project Manager/Scrum Master at Ivy Tech Community College, utilizing their analytical and leadership skills. In 2019, they transitioned into the role of Salesforce CRM Project Manager at Ivy Tech Community College, where they managed and implemented CRM projects until 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Workday Project Manager/Director of Enterprise Solutions at Ivy Tech Community College, leading and overseeing enterprise-wide projects. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated their expertise in project management, consulting, and administration.

Christine Rischar earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a Finance concentration from Purdue University in the years 1987 to 1991. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications related to leadership and agile methodologies, including the Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) and Certified Agile Leadership Essentials (CAL-E) from Scrum Alliance. Christine has also completed courses in Extreme Ownership Foundation and attended the Extreme Ownership Muster 014, both offered by Echelon Front.
