Janene Jonas

Janene Jonas is a dynamic professional with extensive experience in the insurance and consulting industries, currently serving as the Founder of RiskCreative, which aims to revolutionize group benefits for institutional carriers and start-ups. In addition to RiskCreative, Janene is also involved as the Founder of Stealth Mode and a Founding Member of Punks & Pinstripes, a network dedicated to transformative executives. Janene serves as a Leadership Instructor at Ivy Tech Community College and previously held the role of Director of Strategic Consulting at Aon Inpoint, where strategic guidance was provided to group insurance carriers. Prior experience includes notable positions at Liberty Mutual Insurance and Cigna, along with a foundational role as Radiology Supervisor at Via Christi Health. Janene holds a degree in Business, Leadership, and Entrepreneurship from DePaul University and has academic ties to Kansas State University.
