Jennifer Hess-Culver

Jennifer Hess-Culver has extensive work experience in the field of career development and program management. Jennifer held the role of Director of Talent Connections and Program Management at Ivy Tech Community College, where they provided strategic leadership, overseen metrics and contracts, and managed a team of staff and interns. Prior to that, they were an Associate Director and Lead Assistant Director of Career Development at Ivy Tech, where they coordinated efforts to implement web-based technology and services, led task forces for onboarding programs, and provided training and management for staff. Jennifer also worked as a Vocational Manager at Adams and Associates, Inc., where they oversaw vocational training and provided career counseling to students. Jennifer Hess-Culver has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology from Indiana University Bloomington.
