Kathy Senn has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Kathy started their career in 2007 as a Project Analyst at HNTB, where they worked directly with various teams and oversaw business support functions. Kathy then went on to become the Business Manager for the Pennsylvania District at HNTB, where they achieved sales, earnings, and cash management goals and managed the office operating budget.

In 2013, Kathy transitioned to Louisville Metro Government as a Grants Compliance Supervisor. Their role involved ensuring compliance with grant requirements.

From 2014 to 2018, Kathy worked as a Contract Administrator at Dant Clayton Corporation. Kathy was responsible for overseeing the project billing process and maintaining relationships with customers and subcontractors.
