Tim Kish

Tim Kish has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Tim started their career as a Science Teacher at MSD Pike Township before transitioning to a role as a Store Manager at GameStop. During their time at GameStop, they successfully launched a new store and managed daily operations, leading to the store becoming one of the highest-performing in the district.

Tim then moved on to work at Major League Gaming as a Tournament Coordinator, where they organized and managed gaming events. Tim also volunteered as a tournament operations assistant during this time.

After that, Tim founded Zettagaming Leagues and Tournaments, LLC, where they designed and operated a national video gaming conference that generated significant revenue. Tim recruited and led a team of 10 people, including consultants and volunteers.

Tim also had a role at the University of Notre Dame as a Program Operations Manager for the Executive MBA Program. Tim managed logistics for multiple cohorts of over two hundred students and implemented a project to improve schedule development. Additionally, they were responsible for reducing food costs and managing part-time employees.

Continuing their career in education, Tim joined Ivy Tech Community College as a Data Strategist, later becoming a Senior Data Strategist and then the Director of Institutional Research. In these positions, they utilized their skills in data analysis and visualization, collaborating with business leaders to solve problems and improve educational outcomes. Tim managed workflows and project prioritization within the Business Intelligence department, ensuring excellent customer service to internal and external partners.

Furthermore, Tim worked at Network Solutions, Inc. as the Director of Business Analytics. Tim selected and implemented business analytics tools and dashboards, improving accountability across all levels. Tim utilized Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau in these efforts.

Tim Kish holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Entrepreneurship/Consulting from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business, which they obtained from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they earned their MA in Teaching from Bethel College - Company, where they studied from 2005 to 2008. Tim'sundergraduate degree is a BS in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Notre Dame, completed between 1999 and 2004. Tim also holds additional certifications in Data Analytics from Google (obtained in 2023), Microsoft MTA: Python from Microsoft (obtained in 2017), Business Value Practitioner from Cisco (obtained in 2015), and a Teaching Certificate for Physics in the State of Indiana from The State of Indiana (obtained in 2006). Tim also has a Certificate in Executive Management from the University of Notre Dame.
