Ashutosh Agarwal is an experienced professional in the field of engineering and business management, currently serving as the Founder of Nova Custom Solutions since March 2022 and as the Owner and Business Manager of Ivybrook Academy since January 2020. Prior experience includes working as a Process Engineer at Ames Industries, Inc. where significant process improvements were achieved, and as a Quality Engineer Intern at Tesla focusing on enhancing part designs for Model X and S. Ashutosh's background also encompasses a Research Assistant role at the University of Massachusetts Lowell, and internships at Metabolix, demonstrating expertise in injection molding, extrusion, and process optimization. Educational accomplishments include a Master’s Degree in Polymer/Plastics Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.
