Alexander Iser

Alexander Iser is an experienced creative leader currently serving as Leitung Kreation and Leiter Crossmedia Content at IW Medien GmbH since January 2022. In this role, Alexander oversees the Crossmedia Content editorial team, focusing on areas such as Editorial Content, Copy&Concept, and Video, with a portfolio that includes worker publications, sustainability and business reports, and recruitment campaigns. Additionally, since July 2010, Alexander has been freelancing in event management, specializing in coordination, planning, and technical aspects of events. Previously, Alexander held various positions at Weber Shandwick from April 2011 to December 2021, culminating in the role of Associate Director of Integrated Project Management, where responsibilities included leading a creative unit across multiple services including design and video. Alexander's career began with a foundational role in strategic planning and research, supplemented by a degree in Media Management from Rheinische Fachhochschule Köln.
