Andrea Bumstead

Andrea Bumstead is currently serving as the Vice President of Client Success and Support at iWave. Prior to this, Andrea was the Vice President of Customer Success at Revenue.io, where she was instrumental in establishing the customer success team. Before that, she held the position of Director of Customer Success at Procore Technologies, where she played a key role in growing the customer success team across various functional areas. Andrea also has experience as the Director of Customer Success at Horizn Inc., where she significantly increased revenue and customer adoption. With a background in managing customer engagement and implementation at Nelson Education, Andrea has a strong track record of driving value realization and customer satisfaction. Andrea holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in International Development from Wilfrid Laurier University.
