Emily Bridgman

Emily Bridgman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the luxury sector, currently serving as the Team Performance Training Manager at IWC Schaffhausen since October 2018, where responsibilities include managing performance training across multiple regions and developing customized training plans to enhance commercial outcomes. Prior roles at IWC Schaffhausen include Team Lead Guest Relations, Project Manager for Guest Relations and International Events, and Junior Project Manager for Client Experience, each focused on improving customer engagement and operational excellence.
