Katharina Doepke serves as the Chief Digital & Transformation Officer at IWC Schaffhausen since November 2016, where Katharina is a member of the Executive Committee. Prior to this role, Doepke held various positions at IWC, including Associate Director of Digital Strategy & Transformation and Head of E-commerce, Digital Experience & CRM. With experience at The Boston Consulting Group as a Consultant and a Senior Digital Program Manager, Doepke contributed to the Retail and Consumer practice group. An MBA graduate from Harvard Business School, Doepke also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of St.Gallen and completed a semester abroad at Lund University. Additionally, Doepke has held internships at Sephora and PwC, focusing on consumer loyalty strategies and corporate finance respectively.
