Raphael Chan is an experienced operations and customer service professional with a strong background in the luxury goods sector. Currently serving as Head of Operations and Customer Service at IWC Schaffhausen since March 2019, Raphael has held various managerial positions in the company, including Senior Manager and Retail Operations Manager. Prior experience includes roles at Van Cleef & Arpels as Assistant Manager of Merchandising Operations, L'Occitane en Provence as Retail Supply Coordinator, and Piaget as Merchandise Coordinator. Additional earlier experiences include positions at Fordham University's Graduate Business School and Tech Center, as well as in retail and finance environments. Raphael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Economics from Fordham University.
