Samuel Cros

Samuel Cros is an experienced project and product manager with a strong background in engineering and innovation. Currently serving as Project Manager for Research and Innovation at IWC Schaffhausen since August 2021, Samuel manages 15 concurrent projects while overseeing budget and capacity planning. Prior to this role, Samuel was a Product Manager at Keller Systeme AG, where strategic product roadmaps and international market development were key responsibilities. Earlier career highlights include serving as Operations Manager, Technical Lead, and Workshop Leader at CROS ET DELMAS, where significant improvements in operational efficiency and revenue were achieved. Samuel holds a Master's of Advanced Studies in Architecture and Digital Fabrication from ETH Zürich and dual Master's degrees in Engineering from Icam and Universidad Pontificia Comillas.
