Jasen Kapaun

Jasen Kapaun, FPAC, MBA, currently serves as the Director of FP&A at IWCO Direct, where responsibilities include collaborating with executives on budget preparation, implementing sales databases, and overseeing cash flow processes. With previous experience as Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at Sunrise Banks, Jasen successfully led the implementation of financial planning solutions and automated activities for improved analytics. Earlier roles at Loram Maintenance of Way, Inc., Next Day Gourmet, and Silver King Refrigeration showcased expertise in financial analysis, team development, and process optimization. Jasen holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management.
