Jennifer Duesman

Jennifer Duesman is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in customer engagement and strategic marketing management. Currently serving as Customer Engagement Manager at IWCO since March 2022, Duesman previously held the role of Senior Marketing Manager at Change Healthcare where responsibilities included developing and executing segment-specific marketing plans. Prior to this, Duesman worked as a Senior Marketing Manager at Antenna and served in various roles at The Lacek Group over a 16-year period, including Account Supervisor. Duesman's expertise spans major industries such as telecommunications, banking, and hospitality, with a strong focus on delivering high-caliber customer service and implementing data-driven marketing initiatives. Duesman holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing Communications from the University of Minnesota.
