François Pauly

François Pauly is a Senior Independent Non-Executive Director at IWG. François has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining IWG, they were a Senior Advisory Partner at Castik Capital, Chairman of the Board at Banque Internationale à Luxembourg (BIL), and CEO at Cobepa. François also served as CEO at Compagnie Financière La Luxembourgeoise and LALUX Assurances.

François Pauly studied at ESCP Business School, where they completed executive programmes in 2003 and 2008. François also studied at IMD and INSEAD, completing an executive programme in 2014. François also studied at Kolleisch.
