Kaila Bloomfield

Kaila Bloomfield is an experienced IT Director currently leading Sales and Marketing Applications at IWG plc since January 2023. Previously, Kaila held significant roles at PwC, including Architecture Lead for BizApps and Senior Manager, while also being shortlisted for the Tech Woman 100 Award. At Microsoft, Kaila served as Partner Technical Architect, supporting partners and high-risk implementations within the One Commercial Partner Team. Prior to that, Kaila was a Technical Architect at KPMG UK, recognized for accolades such as Tech Evangelist and Role Model of the Year in prestigious tech awards. Earlier career positions include Integrated Solutions Analyst and Business Application Support Analyst at The Law Society, and Software Engineer at Capita. Kaila earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Software Engineering from the University of Northampton.
