Vamsi Krishna

Vamsi Krishna is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering and maintenance management. Currently serving as Factory Head at IWL India Private Limited since March 2019, Vamsi successfully leads a cross-functional team, resulting in significant growth in Waterproofing membranes output, achieving increases of 20%, 22%, and 20% over three consecutive years. Previously, as Head of Maintenance, Vamsi implemented innovative cost-cutting strategies that generated annual savings of 7 crores and optimized production line functionality. Vamsi's prior roles include Manager of the Chennai Region at Solas Marine Services Group, overseeing operational maintenance for naval equipment, and Maintenance Manager for Defence, managing engineering equipment on ships. Vamsi holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from The Institution of Engineers, India, and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from The Centre of Marine Technology.
