S. Alice Chen

S. Alice Chen's work experience includes co-founding and serving as the General Counsel for InvestaX, a company that offers a Tokenization SaaS platform for security tokens. S. Alice also co-founded and held the position of General Counsel at IX Swap, an organization that provides access to a wide range of private market investment opportunities through security tokens and tokenization.
