Maria Gkotsi

Maria Gkotsi has a diverse work experience in various industries. Their most recent role was as a Project Manager at IXICO starting in April 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an EAP Project Manager at WEP Clinical from June 2021 to April 2022. Maria also has experience as a Project Management Coordinator at Durbin from February 2020 to June 2021. Additionally, they served as a Product Development Intern at Cantabio Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from May 2019 to September 2019. Before entering the pharmaceutical industry, Maria worked as a Pharmacist at Theodora Ermidou OE, Community Pharmacy from January 2018 to July 2018. Maria gained valuable experience as an Internship Trainee at Pharmacy Aikaterini Koureri from March 2017 to September 2017. Maria's career started as a Trainee Hospital Pharmacist at General University Hospital of Patras from December 2016 to February 2017.

Maria Gkotsi completed their Bachelor of Pharmacy degree at the University of Patras from 2012 to 2017. In 2017, they also obtained the Examinations for authorization to practice from the Faculty of Pharmacy, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

From 2018 to 2019, Maria pursued a Master of Science degree in Drug Discovery and Pharma Management at UCL. Additionally, in 2016, they completed a presentation on nanoparticles for the diagnosis and/or treatment of breast cancer at the 22nd Scientific of HMS & 10th International Forum of HMSJD.

Maria also holds a certification in "Current trends in Pharmacy field- Challenges and Prospects" from the EPSA - European Pharmaceutical Students' Association, which was obtained in 2014.
