Hana Park

Hana Park has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Hana started their career as a Research Assistant at UC Berkeley in 2015, where they conducted research projects. In 2016, Hana continued their research work at UC Berkeley East Asian Library as a Library Assistant. Hana then joined UNC Klesis Fellowship in 2017 as a Church Plant Intern and Campus Minister, where they played a key role in church activities.

In 2018, Hana transitioned into the field of recruitment, starting as a Recruiting Coordinator at DocuSign. Hana effectively managed recruitment processes and coordinated interviews. In the same year, they also took on the role of Recruiting Coordinator at DocuSign, where they continued their contributions in recruitment.

Hana's recruitment expertise continued to grow as they joined Code and Theory in 2021. Hana first served as a Talent Coordinator, assisting with talent acquisition and onboarding processes. Later in 2022, Hana took on the role of Recruiter, where they utilized their skills to identify and attract top talent.

In 2022, they moved to VSCO® as a Sourcing and Recruiting Coordinator, where they played a vital role in sourcing candidates and coordinating recruitment activities.

Currently, Hana works at IXL Learning as a Senior Recruiting Coordinator - University, starting in 2023. Hana'sresponsibilities involve managing recruiting activities specifically for universities.

Hana Park holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in Talent Sourcing from LinkedIn in February 2023.
