Pouria Sanae

Pouria Sanae has over 15 years of experience in the aerospace industry. From 2005 to 2008, they worked as an Aerospace Engineer for Airbus Group, where they were responsible for requirements definition, design, product dimensioning, analysis of technical, cost, and interface coordination, and hardware development. In 2008, they worked as an Aerospace Product Manager for TERMA Group, where they managed a team of 18 working on the Galileo satellite navigation system. Pouria completed the project 3 months ahead of schedule and 23% under budget. From 2007 to 2008, they worked as an Aerospace Engineer for Syderal SA, where they were responsible for requirements analysis, interface coordination, technical proposal writing, and hardware design. In 2010, they founded Complex Made Simple, a data mining company backed by EU Ventures in the ecommerce sectors focusing on predictive algorithms. From 2012 to 2014, they were the Founder and CEO of Cityblis, Inc., a content commerce marketplace. From 2014 to 2015, they were the Senior Product Manager for Flickr, where they developed and implemented an end-to-end SEO strategy. From 2015 to 2016, they were the Director Product Manager for Yahoo, where they lead product monetization and increased revenue through mobile Ad optimization and the Certified Sender Program. Lastly, from 2016 to 2018, they were the Director Product Management for Helix, where they empowered people to discover insights into their DNA. Currently, they are the Chief Executive Officer of ixlayer Inc., where they provide an elegant solution for integrated health systems to deliver precision health tests for their patients.

Pouria Sanae has a diverse educational background. From 1998 to 2001, they studied Engineering at Luleå University of Technology and earned a Bachelor of Science degree. From 2001 to 2004, they returned to Luleå University of Technology and earned a Master of Science degree in Space Engineering (Computer Science). In 2006 to 2008, they completed courses in Technical Analysis, Financial Risk- and Budget Management for Foreign Stock Exchange Market at Courses, and in 2010 to 2011, completed a Business Management degree at Connect Business Management. Additionally, since 2017, Pouria Sanae has obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including Implementing In-App Purchases in iOS 10 with Swift 3, Learning iOS 10 App Development: 3 Intermediate UI Design, Learning iOS 10 App Development: 4 Application Architecture, Learning iOS 10 App Development: 5 Working with Views, Bootstrap 4 Essential Training, CSS Essential Training 1, Amazon Web Services Essential Training, and Git Essential Training.
