Monica Chertoff

Monica Chertoff, PHR, has over a decade of experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources and Employee Engagement at IXP Corporation since June 2012. In this role, Monica oversees recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and benefit administration. Prior to this position, Monica was the Human Resources Manager at Putumayo World Music from November 2011 to June 2012, where responsibilities included recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and benefit enrollment. Monica began their career as an Account Specialist-Human Resources Generalist at Alliance Shippers Inc from March 2004 to November 2011. Monica earned a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Studies with a minor in Event Planning from Rider University between 2005 and 2009.
