Brandon Schachowskoy

Brandon Schachowskoy has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Brandon is currently working as the Manager of Compensation & Benefits at IXS Coatings since December 2022. Prior to this, they held multiple roles at Ground Effects Ltd., including Manager of Compensation & Benefits, Human Resources Supervisor, and Senior Human Resources Coordinator. Brandon also worked as a Human Resources Generalist at ZF Group, Executive Recruiter at Forge Consulting Group, and held various positions at Gentherm, including Human Resources/Training Coordinator, Human Resources Assistant, and Reception/Human Resources Administrator. Brandon started their career as an HR intern at MAHLE.

Brandon Schachowskoy completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business Administration - Management and Labour Studies from the University of Windsor in 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in Politics and Business from Brock University in 2008. Additionally, Brandon has achieved CHRL certification from HRPA.
