Dayakar PM has 17 years of experience in software development, database design, and web application development. From 2008 to 2012, they held the role of Lead Software Architect at iYOUSE Inc, where they provided complete working software solutions. From 2014 to present, they have been Technical Architect at ReadySet Surgical, where they have been instrumental in providing a cloud-based dashboard for effective coordination of surgical vendor inventory. From 2010 to 2014, they were a Senior Software Engineer at Innominds, where they worked mainly with .Net, WPF, WF, web services and web sites. From 2009 to 2010, they were a Programmer at Knowledge Horizon E-Learning Pvt Ltd, Pune, where they developed an E-Learning web application with a payment gateway integrated website. From 2008 to 2009, they were a Project Lead at Compassites Software Solutions. From 2006 to 2008, they were a Software Engineer at Texity Systems Pvt. Ltd., where they were involved in the ideation, design, prototyping, and development of various processes, services, and products of Qualcomm. In 2006, they were a Software Intern at Symantec, where they developed a Command Line Interface for Job Scheduling over a cluster of servers.

Dayakar PM's education history includes a Master of Engineering degree in Software Systems from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani from 2004 to 2006, and a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degree in Maths specialized in Computer Science from the Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning from 1999 to 2004. Dayakar also holds certifications from Microsoft as a Microsoft Certified Programmer (MCP) in C#, and from Sun Microsystems as a SCJP.
