Ricard Julià Möller has a diverse and extensive work experience. Starting in 2009, they were a Brand Manager at Novartis Consumer Health. In 2012, they took on the role of Manager at Sports Commission in Football Section at FC Barcelona. In 2014, they became the Marketing Director at DCP business unit at Laboratorios LETI, S.L. and in 2015 they were the Marketing Director at mesoestetic Pharma Group. In 2018, they became a Senior Consultant at MarkPlan. In 2019, they were the CEO and Co-Founder at MARKPLAN CONSULTING and CEO - Co-Founder at IZI RECORD. In 2020, they were the Board Member and CEO at Onegen Lab and an Assessors - Advisor at ACCIÓ. Most recently, in 2021, they became a Partner at IPMB Management.

Ricard Julià Möller began their education in 1990 at Sant Ignasi de Sarrià, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in High School Sant Ignasi Sarria. In 1999, they graduated from Universitat Pompeu Fabra with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Management, General. In 2016, they received a PDD from IESE Business School in Administración y gestión de empresas, general. In 2017, they obtained a Level 1 in Wines from Wine & Spirit Education Trust. In 2019, they completed a Digital Strategy from markplan consulting in Business Administration and Management, General. Additionally, they obtained a Growth Hacking Foundations certification from LinkedIn in June 2019. In 2022, they are expected to receive an Ideaboosterlab from Esade in Startup.
