Operational Account Manager at Izicap

Kévin Morel is an Operational Account Manager at Izicap. Kévin has been with the company since July 2018 and in their current role for just over a year. Prior to that, they were a Data analyst with Izicap for 18 months.

Before joining Izicap, Kévin was a Bid manager assistant with Thales Norway AS for just over a year. In that role, they were responsible for the preparation of bids before negotiation with the customer, including collecting and cost consolidation from Finance, Technical, and Project departments, as well as control and management of costs evolution and allocation of costs to the different elements of the RFQ price matrix. Kévin was also responsible for the preparation of Gate reviews for the offer valued at more than €20M, coordinating activities between Project, Technical, Finance and Legal departments, and preparing and consolidating documents needed to hold Gate reviews.

Kévin's most recent accomplishment was the implementation of a financial reporting tool to monitor and manage variation orders for a portfolio valued at €4M. This improved the management process for variation orders and put the portfolio under control.

Kévin Morel has a Master's degree in Trade Marketing, Distribution & Développement Commercial from INSEEC. Kévin also has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) with a major in International Marketing & Communication from INSEEC. In addition, they have completed a course in Strategic Marketing & Planning from Hanzehogeschool Groningen.
