Emre Dayanc

Emre Dayanc is a seasoned immunologist currently serving as a Visiting Scientist at the MIT Koch Institute for Integrative Cancer Research since April 2024. Emre has held the position of Associate Professor of Immunology at Izmir University of Economics since April 2016, where Emre is also a founding member of the Faculty of Medicine. Previous roles include Associate Professor and Assistant Professor at Inonu University from 2012 to April 2016, as well as Research Associate during postdoctoral studies at Bilkent University from April 2010 to December 2011. Emre's research experience includes serving as a Research Affiliate at Roswell Park Cancer Institute from July 2002 to November 2008. Emre earned a Ph.D. in Tumor Immunology from the University at Buffalo between 2002 and 2008.
