Stephane Mazlan

Stephane Mazlan has a diverse work experience, with their most recent role being the Regional Business Director (EMEA) at Izon Science since July 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Business Development Director (EMEA) at Izon Science from October 2022 to July 2023. Stephane also held the position of Scientific and Business Coordinator at Izon Science from March 2021 to October 2022. Before joining Izon Science, Stephane worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at INSERM, where they focused on investigating the role of extracellular vesicles in cardiovascular research. Stephane also worked as a Research Assistant at the National University of Singapore, where they specialized in establishing and maintaining large animal cardiac injury models. Additionally, Stephane served as an External Collaborator at UMC Utrecht and as a Medical Technologist at Singapore General Hospital.

Stephane Mazlan earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Pharmaceutical Management from the University of Bradford in 2011. Stephane then pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Life Sciences at Nanyang Technological University Singapore, completing it in 2017. From 2018 to 2020, Stephane pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Pathophysiology at Université Paris Cité. In addition to their academic degrees, they obtained various certifications in areas such as animal experimentation, phlebotomy, and aseptic surgery.
