Caroline Lacoste

Caroline Lacoste has extensive work experience in engineering and software development. Caroline currently holds the position of Director of Engineering at iZotope, Inc., starting in April 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the Associate Director of Engineering at the same company from March 2022. Caroline also worked as the Sr. Manager, Software Engineering from January 2020, where they excelled in their responsibilities.

Before joining iZotope, Caroline worked at Amadeus from 2011 to 2020. Caroline started as a Software Development Engineer at Amadeus IT Pacific, Sydney, from November 2006 to May 2011. Following this, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Amadeus North America from July 2014 to September 2015. Caroline then took on the role of Software Engineering Manager at Amadeus, where they led a team of software engineers and business analysts. Caroline contributed to various projects related to ticketing, content management, and distribution of flights and seats for airlines and travel agencies in the Americas.

In the earlier stages of their career, Caroline worked as a Research Fellow at IPAL (CNRS/I2R/NUS), Singapore, from September 2005 to August 2006. Caroline also served as a Teaching and Research Fellow at CREATIS (CNRS/INSERM/INSA/UCBL), France, from November 2004 to August 2005. Additionally, Caroline worked as an R&D engineer and a PhD student at ARIANA (CNRS/INRIA/UNSA), France, where they gained valuable experience in research and development.

Caroline Lacoste's education history includes a PhD in Image Processing, which they obtained from Université Côte d'Azur between 2001 and 2004. Prior to that, they completed a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics at Institut national des Sciences appliquées de Toulouse from 1998 to 2001. In addition to their formal education, Caroline has obtained various certifications, including "Digital Audio Foundations" and "Body Language for Women" from LinkedIn in 2020. Caroline also holds the "Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®)" certification from Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in August 2021.
