Oscar Fernando Arenas Mesias has extensive experience in the field of human resources and remuneration. Oscar Fernando began their career in 2004 as an Analyst of HR and Remunerations at ACT Obras Subterraneas S.A., where they were responsible for processing remunerations, managing benefits, and handling medical licenses. Oscar Fernando then joined PayRoll S.A. as a Consultant of Outsourcing HR and Remunerations, supervising and processing payments for a group of executives and implementing new systems for client companies.

In 2012, they became the Head of Remunerations at Siemens, overseeing the payroll and personnel administration for a team of 850 employees. Oscar Fernando then moved on to Wintec S.A., where they served as the Head of HR and Labor Relations, responsible for recruitment, training, and negotiations with the company's union.
