Josephine Pepper is an experienced professional in the field of intellectual property, currently serving as an Associate and European Patent Attorney at J A Kemp since October 2021. Previously, Josephine held roles as a Part Qualified Patent Attorney and Trainee Patent Attorney at The IP Asset Partnership Limited from October 2019 to September 2021. Josephine has also contributed as an Editor & Writer for the Science Entrepreneur Club and gained experience in portfolio management at the Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations in August 2019. Josephine's earlier experiences include a Summer Scholar position at Amgen, where work focused on optimizing infection conditions of Salmonella for imaging at ETH Zurich, and various editorial roles at Bang! Science Magazine and Cherwell Newspaper at the University of Oxford. Josephine holds a Master of Biochemistry from the University of Oxford and a PG Certificate in Intellectual Property Law from Bournemouth University, alongside attending a semester at Stanford University.
