Sarah Gee

Sarah Gee is a Trainee Patent Attorney specializing in Biotechnology and Life Sciences at J A Kemp since October 2022. Previously, Sarah completed a PhD in Immunology at King's College London, focusing on the immune system of neonates born to mothers exposed to SARS-CoV-2. Sarah's experience includes positions as a Graduate Scientist at AstraZeneca, where cell assay development involved developing a CRISPR co-culture screen for immuno-oncology, and an MSc research project at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine investigating malaria's effects on Ebola vaccine response. Additional roles encompassed medical laboratory assistance at Frimley Park Hospital, research projects at The University of Sheffield, and various customer service positions during earlier years. Education encompasses a Certificate in Intellectual Property Law from Queen Mary University of London, a PhD and MSc in Immunology, and a BSc in Molecular Biology.
