Premal J Shah is Head – Rough Procurement of J.B. And Brothers Group. He joined the group during the early growth stage in 2002 as an apprentice and acquired the diamond manufacturing competence in Surat. Concurrently he also developed an inclination towards Rough Diamonds procurement. His desire to understand more about Rough Diamonds led him to venture out on International Platform (Israel) – which he developed from a primitive stage.
Since then he is actively involved in supporting the sourcing of Rough Diamonds & contributing a vital share in fuelling the group’s manufacturing requirements. Initially, he started sourcing activities based at Antwerp – shuttling to Israel since 2005; and after laying firm footholds & establishing a reputable JB And Brothers brand (in Israel) as Head – Rough Procurement of J.B. & Brothers (Israel) Ltd.
