She is a businesswoman with a highly skilled mind and a superb talent for diamond business with a rich experience of 15 years. She joined our group in 2005 & currently heads the sales and marketing Mumbai, India. She is actively involved in business development, customer relationship management, and PR activities. She has implemented various optimized business processes to streamline business functions like pricing, manufacturing, internal operations, etc by coordinating with respective departments.
She contributed towards expanding the branding and improving the customer interface. She also supports Mr. Vijay Shah & Mr. Sanjay Shah in business development and marketing initiatives. She has meticulously led the launch of the new provenance program ‘Dream Origin’ which tracks each step of the diamond’s journey, from mine to finger.
