Clint Elcan

Clint Elcan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Clint began their career at JB Hunt Transport Services, Inc. in 2000, where they worked in finance, pricing, and operations management. Over the years, they advanced within the company, holding positions such as Director of Pricing, Director of Transportation, and ultimately Vice President of Transportation, responsible for P&L accountability and managing a team of 91 employees. In 2012, they co-founded CrossFleet, Inc., a technology development company creating mobile solutions for the transportation and field service industries. Clint then joined PAM Transport in 2014 as the Vice President of Logistics, overseeing the company's 3PL/Brokerage division and driving significant revenue and operating income growth. In 2017, Elcan returned to JB Hunt Transport Services, Inc. as the Vice President of J.B. Hunt 360 - Marketplace, leading the execution team for JB Hunt's digital freight matching platform along with other key services. Most recently, they held the role of Senior Vice President, responsible for commercializing the 360 platform and leading teams for Managed Logistics, Flatbed, and the J.B. Hunt 360 Innovation Lab.

Clint Elcan completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Chemical Engineering from the University of Arkansas in 1999. Clint then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the same university and graduated in 2000. In 2022 and 2023, Clint attended Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management for executive education, where they obtained the title of Chief Product Officer.
