Curt Lemke

Curt Lemke is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and engineering roles. Currently part of the MBA Rotational Leadership Development Program at J.B. Poindexter & Co, Curt oversees the CSV department and supervises personnel during a production line startup. Previously, at Tenneco, Curt held several positions including Supply Chain Manager, where responsibilities included managing supplier relationships and team operations, and Continuous Improvement Manager, driving plant improvements. Early career roles involved impactful internships at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, focusing on World Class Manufacturing principles, as well as research at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. Curt holds an MBA from Penn State University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, along with minors in Economics and Mathematics.
