Pam Alexander

Pam Alexander has a strong background in procurement and sourcing, with a focus on project management and employee resource group leadership. Pam started their career at Hubbell Lighting in 2006 as a Strategic Sourcing Manager before transitioning to Hubbell Incorporated as a Sourcing Manager in 2010. In 2013, they joined Ingersoll Rand as the NA Commodity Manager, overseeing control panels, branch circuit components, and drives. During their time at Ingersoll Rand, they also served in various roles including Supplier Sustainability Leader and Project Manager. From 2015 to 2017, Pam was the NEW Net Employee Resource Group Chair and the Women's Employee Resource Group Co-Chair, where they led initiatives to foster a positive workplace environment and community impact. In 2020, they briefly worked at Trane Technologies as a Project Manager before joining JB Poindexter & Co as a Category Manager, overseeing wire harnesses, electronics, and lighting.

Pam Alexander holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the College of Charleston. Pam also has additional certifications such as "Being Positive at Work," "Leading with Emotional Intelligence," "Communicating In the Language of Leadership," and "Humble Leadership: The Power of Relationships, Openness, and Trust." These certifications were obtained from LinkedIn in 2020.
