Prathap Varkey has extensive work experience in various companies and roles. Prathap is currently serving as the Director of Global Shared Services & Business Process Solutions at J.B. Poindexter & Co., Inc. Since joining in January 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Consulting Manager in Technology & BPS at Accenture Consulting from April 2020 to January 2021.

Before that, Prathap worked at Equinor from June 2013 to February 2020, where they held the position of Principal Professional for Shared Services Projects & Compliance. Additionally, they served as an Interim Manager in the Accounting department from January 2014 to December 2016.

Prathap's career began at Devon Energy Corporation in July 2007 as a Lead Analyst for Projects and continued until May 2013. Overall, Prathap Varkey has held various leadership and managerial positions, gaining expertise in shared services, business process solutions, consulting, and compliance.

Prathap Varkey holds a Master's degree in Accounting from Oklahoma City University. Prathap also completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General, from Shivaji University. In 2019, Prathap attended Harvard Business School Online and completed a course on Better Commercial Decisions, with a specialization in Business/Commerce, General.
