Keista Serafin

Keista Serafin has a strong background in food science and technology, holding a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University. Since February 2014, Keista has been with J Bar B Foods, serving in various roles including Research and Development Manager, Production Scheduler, and Production Supervisor, overseeing critical areas such as the tray line and smokehouse. Prior to this, experience as a Student Lab Assistant at Texas A&M AgriLife from August 2009 to February 2014 involved assisting with bacterial source tracking research and conducting molecular marker analysis.
