Paul Ferrao

Paul Ferrao has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in operations and supply chain management. Paul is currently the Sr. Director of Operations at J.C. Cannistraro, LLC, responsible for the manufacturing and supply chain operations. Before that, they worked for Dell EMC as a Sr. Manager in Global Operations for Enterprise Data Storage for six years. Prior to that, they were the Operations Manager for the Fuel Cell Division at Acumentrics Corporation for over ten years. Paul began their career at FUJIFILM Electronic Materials U.S.A., Inc. in Quality Control.

Paul Ferrao obtained an Executive MBA degree from Northeastern University in the years 2014 to 2016. Paul also holds a B.S. in Business Management from University of Phoenix. Additionally, they earned an Associates Degree in Building Construction Technology from New England Institute of Technology in 2003 to 2005. Paul also attended Rhode Island College from 1993 to 1996, majoring in Business Administration and Management. Moreover, they obtained a Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma Certification from Aveta Business Solutions in 2006 to 2007. In terms of additional certifications, they hold a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Aveta Business Institute in 2006, as well as various certificates from Harvard Business School, including Certificate of Management Excellence (2023), Certificate of Managing Innovation (2022), and Certificate of Managing Turbulence - Strategy and Leadership (2022).
